PrivateLender.org is a joint venture of MortgageQuote Canada Corp. (mortgagequote.ca) and Bungay International Inc. (www.bigco.org). It is designed as a member's only online community comprised of accredited investors, who actively lend money to others.



Membership

The is a members only network.
Full Membership is open to accredited investors who have prior experience lending money through the mortgage brokerage firm of MortgageQuote Canada Corp. and/or business consulting firm of Bungay International Inc. Limited membership is made available to individual solicitors who represent our lender clients.

To join, you need to have already lent money through either the mortgage brokerage firm of MortgageQuote Canada Corp. and/or business consulting firm of Bungay International Inc. If you have previously lent money through either firm and do not have your login details, please email support@privatelender.org.



New Membership Notice

If you have not lent money on a private basis but are interested in the world of private lending, please take a moment to read through our website and learn about the business. If, after learning about the private lending business you would like to try and invest in your first deal, please contact Anoop Bungay, President of MortgageQuote Canada Corp. at anoop.bungay@mortgagequote.ca.

Please understand that private lending is an activity based upon trust. All prospective private lenders must demonstrate the following:

  • (1) that you are a qualified accredited investors as defined by National Instrument 45-106 Prospectus and Registration Exemptions or other provincial act.
  • (2) that you have an existing relationship with a lawyer/law firm who has the ability to represent you in all phases of the lending transaction.



Geographic Limitation for Mortgage Lending

All mortgage lending is presently restricted to the provinces of Alberta and British Columbia, Canada.
Non-mortgage lending is not restricted by geography.
